In April 2020, Toshiba Machine Co., Ltd. will be renamed Shibaura Machine Co., Ltd.
The new company name “Shibaura Machine” embodies our DNA that has continued to evolve by contribution to society through manufacturing, and we will achieve even greater innovation together with our customers without forgetting this DNA.
The new logo embodies building foundation of the industry and stronger connection with customers.
Forthermore, it expresses Shibaura Machine's becoming a foundation of society and expanding its contribution and corporate image as a company with confidence and pride.The new tagline “View the Future with You” means that we look into the future and create value together with our customers.
The color of the new emblem represents a fast-moving feel and the design was modeled after the view of Mt. Fuji visible from our head office in Numazu.
